Ms. Iwona Górka, a trained psychologist, conducted a series of lectures on healthy eating and physical activity. Her lectures were extremely inspiring and full of valuable tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to her psychological knowledge, she was able to direct the listeners’ attention to aspects of motivation and making lasting changes in eating habits and physical activity. Her practical approach to the topic made it easy for participants to implement new habits into their lives. Thanks to such initiatives, we contribute to promoting a healthy lifestyle in the school community.
