The second day in Türkiye

It’s already late afternoon and a moment of relaxation before an evening walk. We started the day with a visit to Suleymanpasa Mesleki Ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, where together with other mobility participants we cooked „menemem” (a dish of peppers, tomatoes and eggs, served with pasta) and chocolate pudding. And all this under the supervision of teachers and students preparing to become chefs. Then we had the pleasure of trying the dishes prepared by the students. The next item on the agenda was a trip to Tekirdag. We started with a walk on the pier. We visited the Rakoczi Museum, the Ethnographic Museum and Namik’s house Kemal – Turkish writer and poet. A nice culmination of this afternoon was a traditional Turkish dinner and a dessert – it was delicious.
